Avangar vs Team Liquid

Although Liquid has had a bit rough time with all the maps being played lately, they are still very close to securing the LAN finals for both ESL and ESC. And now they are 100% focused on winning their first big LAN event ever (with this lineup). They cruised past swole patrol 16-5, 16-5 and looked very confident.

The teams have most recently faced each other at star ladder season5 in may, which Liquid won 2-1.

AVANGAR did prove that they are able to put up big numbers against great opponents by beating NIP 2-1 yesterday, and they will certainly not give anything away in this match. The passion these guys must feel at the opportunity to finally make it to a semi-finals in a premiere event must be incredible. But unlike a hollywood sports movie, passion alone is not enough to win tournaments.
