Finally, to close out the day, we have a rather exciting clash between G2 Esports and EXCEL. Of course, there's only but a single way this match-up can resolve, and that's with G2 getting the "W" in relatively one-sided fashion. After all, that's the only result we've been seeing for the last two years — without exception.

Still, even though we know how things will go down, there's still a reason to tune in. EXCEL aren't half bad a this point, and if recent history is any indication, it seems as though they're banking big on their AD carry Patrik. Now, despite never really breaking through, Patrik has low-key been one of the most aggressive and impressive marksmen in the LEC. He never had much support, though, so that heavily skewed his chances of finding any palpable amount of success. Regardless, he's not to be trifled with, and if their head coach Youngbuck drafts yet another late game-focused team comp, EXCEL might even be able to make this into a somewhat competitive affair. Well, it's an optimistic stretch, but it's by no means impossible.

G2, of course, is predicted to once again to G2 things -- dominate beyond measure regardless of team comp or strategy employed. They're the best team Europe has to offer and that won't change any time soon. (as in "this year") So, naturally, we're siding with the defending champions on this one as it's the only logical choice.
