Los Angeles Gladiators vs Florida Mayhem

This is where things get a bit more competitive and, therefore, interesting. Well, to a certain extent, at least — the Los Angeles Gladiators are still expected to win (in lopsided fashion, no less), but we've seen just how dangerous the Mayhem can be whenever the "stars align." It's not that frequent an occurrence, but it does happen from time to time — they're a feisty gatekeeper and they can, by all means, put on a show when you least expect them to.

The Gladiators, however, are still a cut above. They're better both individually *and* as a five-man unit and are atop the Western region for a very good reason. They might not be as precise and dominant as was the case just a few weeks back, but they're still an incredibly capable team and are amongst the most well rounded, too.

Florida are equipped to tango, there's no doubt about it, but they're almost surely *not* going to be the last ones standing once everything is said and done. The Gladiators are cut from a different cloth, and their ability to perform and deliver on the biggest of stages — and in the most demanding situations imaginable — will once again be the difference-maker. They're not perfect either, but that's probably not going to be that big of an issue against a team like the Mayhem.
