Los Angeles Gladiators vs Vancouver Titans

Yet another match-up that is as one-sided as it gets — a fight between the Los Angeles Gladiators and the Vancouver Titans doesn't really get the blood pumping, and it's easy to understand why. There's really nothing to hold onto, nothing to point out as a positive, nor anything to truly get excited about. That's what happens when a solid, well-rounded contender (that's pretending for a spot near the very top of the League) faces off against a team that is the very definition of a bottom-tier dweller.

There's only one way in which this whole thing can unfold, and Vancouver fans (assuming they aren't extinct by this point) won't like it. The gap between LAG and Vancouver is so vast and insurmountable that it might as well be called a canyon. Now, LAG are by no means perfect — of that we're all aware — but they're still a cut above, especially when compared to the likes of Vancouver, London, Boston, and the LA Valiant.

So, naturally, we're going to side with the Gladiators on this one. Although, we'd be remiss if we didn't mention that the Overwatch League is currently in a state of utter disarray. The new hero pools have affected the meta in huge, sweeping ways, and teams are still scrambling to understand *who's* good and *why.* Last week's games left no one indifferent, albeit not in a good way.

Toronto losing to Boston, Shanghai getting overwhelmed by Hangzhou (in 0-3 fashion, no less), Washington imploding beyond reason against the Uprising, etc. — no one could've foreseen the many twists and turns that occurred. Was it fun to watch? Absolutely! But it's not the kind of thing we're looking for whenever we're putting our hard-earned money on the line.

Alas, things *will* stabilize over the coming days and weeks, and the Gladiators are definitely a lot more consistent and well-rounded than people give them credit for, so they should, by all means, be able to get the "W" tonight and start the seventh week of play off on a high note!
