Natus Vincere vs North
I don't trust in both teams, but North is indefinitely worse than Natus Vincere. Na`Vi are bad psychologically, but they don't have real ingame problems. North still don't look after the Major and reshuffle, they have problems with morale as well with tactics and understanding the game and current meta.
In my opinion, North can't beat Na`Vi right now, on the choice of CIS team.
