paiN Gaming vs MAD Lions

Betting on MAD Lions generally makes a whole lot of sense given just how competitive (or lack thereof, rather) their group has been thus far. By and large, they really are the best and most capable team in Group B, but their play often leaves a lot to be desired. They're better and they know it, which, more often than not, is sort of a problem. The thing is, they're far too reckless with their leads, and they often fool around a bit too much. Heck, maybe 'disrespectful' would be the most apt way of describing it. But unlike the G2 Esports of old, MAD aren't as experienced or flat-out talented to correct course mid-catastrophe and pull off the win.

So far they've been pretty darn dominant, but they haven't always made the correct calls in-game and it's not like their wins were particularly clean either. Instead, they prefer the chaotic, skirmish-heavy style of play for which the LEC and LPL are so well known for. On the one hand, that means they're always exciting to watch. On the other, it feels like it's only a matter of time before they go one step too far and are punished for their hubris and foolhardiness. And, well, it really *is* a matter of time given the fashion in which they've been playing.

Their loss to fastPay Wildcats certainly hurt their stock, and it's hard to imagine them doing much better against the DWG KIAs and RNGs of the world. Regardless, they're talented, brash, and overly confident which is a fairly potent mix for a young line-up such as theirs. They have all the right tools to win against paiN Gaming and if they draft to their strengths and execute to the best of their ability they should definitely be able to get their hands raised. Still, knowing their proclivity for throwing caution out the window and skirmishing without a care in the world, it's probably not going to be a particularly clean or dominant showing, so proceed with caution!
