I am going with T1 not because I think they are a better team but because the odd of 4.71 is not representative in my humble opinion. PSG didn't look too convincing yesterday in their match against nigma and I think a surprise in this match is not too unlikely. Any odd for T1 to win over than 3.5 has value.
