Rogue vs MAD Lions

What a truly spectacular clash, one that is bound to deliver in all the right ways. How could a repeat of the 2021 LEC Spring Split finals *not* deliver? Both teams are stacked with talented players and have all the right tools to not only get the win but even hoist the LEC trophy. The gap between them — assuming there even is such a thing at this point in time — is negligible at best; the slightest of nuances will end up being the difference between victory and defeat, and, frankly, we can’t wait to see it all unfold!

Who’ll win, however, is anyone’s guess at this point. There’s no rational way of predicting the winner with confidence — both teams have a shot and will fight their hearts out from the very beginning.

Rogue are more consistent, but that matters very little if they cannot get on the same page and execute once things go down to the wire. They’re universally deemed as chokers and, frankly, there’s a good reason why — they always faltered once their backs were against the wall. Will that happen today as well? There’s no way to know for certain, but the odds certainly aren’t on their side.

Be that as it may, they’re still an exceptional challenger and the fact that they’ve secured their spot at Worlds for the second year in a row tells you all you need to know about their talent and long-term potential. Still, we know for a fact that MAD Lions are better, so we’ll side with them on this one and hope for the best.
