Suning Gaming vs G2 Esports

Finally, to close out the day, we have an absolute barnburner in the making: G2 Esports vs. Suning. This is not only a fight between two insanely talented teams but also a clash that'll decide much of their fates going forward. But regardless of your allegiance, if you're looking for the best and most competitive League of Legends, then tuning in to this one will be an absolute must.

Both teams love to skirmish. Of that we're all aware by this point, even those who didn't have the time or luck to follow their dominance back on home soil. They're aggressive, highly talented, equipped with more than enough mechanical talent, and are even a bit crazy, too. They're not the kind to roll over and surrender even if they're losing, which means they're a threat even when behind in gold and objectives. The first they met, we were greeted with an absolute spectacle that nearly went the way Suning. Mere seconds were separating them from getting the win over the perennial LEC champions, and they would've gotten away with it too if it weren't for G2's semi-miraculous Nexus defense. They're sloppy a bit too much for comfort, but as a young, pretty inexperienced line-up, they've been doing quite well.

In other words, despite their immense talent, they're still rough around the edges and, depending on their opposition, that might be their biggest bane. They're too eager to make things happen and often overstep. We've seen this in the past as well with prior LPL teams. They're too willing to skirmish and are basically unable to subdue their aggression in time which, in turn, ends up hindering their odds of finding success. More layered and capable teams can not only weather such an early storm but also turn things around once the mid and later stages of the game come along. G2 Esports, in particular, is one such team. They can do everything that Suning can do but only better. They're more experienced, they've seen it all and played against some of the best teams that have ever graced the competitive League stage.

That, of course, doesn't mean it'll be smooth sailing for the LEC champs, but they're well-equipped for the task at hand. They've secured first place in Group A so they can play without much pressure, but finishing strong should still be at the top of their list of priorities.
