Vancouver Titans vs Washington Justice
Finally, to close out the week, we have the Washington Justice taking on the Vancouver Titans. Not exactly a snoozefest but it's not far off either. Most of the time we yearn for those mind-blowing clashes between the most awe-inspiring giants of competitive Overwatch, none of whom will make an appearance tonight. Instead, we're getting two line-ups between whom exists a gap that is easily discernible from a mile away. This isn't exactly a one-sided beatdown in the making, but it's darn close, that's for sure.
So, naturally, it's hard to get excited. No one's all too hyped to see Vancouver back in action, especially after their unimpressive performances over the last couple of days. They're about as out of sync and mediocre as most of us expected coming into 2021, but they can still improve and grow over the coming weeks and months, so not all is grim. In the meantime, however, you really shouldn't expect all too much from their players as they're struggling both individually as well as a six-man unit. There's very little synergy between them but that *will* change over time. What they need to do now, though, is huddle up and execute as best they can amidst some incredibly stiff competition.
Washington are by no means a top-tier behemoth, but they're not half-bad either. The fashion in which they've beaten Dallas yesterday paints quite a promising picture. They certainly have a couple of exceptional players within their ranks and they should, by all means, grow into a solid, mid-tier contender (at worst). So, naturally, we're siding with them on this one as it's the only logical choice. Vancouver will probably fight their hearts out but it almost surely won't be enough to change the final outcome.
